Daniel Vissenjoux



Daniel Vissenjoux is the Principal of S & V Lawyers. Daniel is a compassionate, dedicated and fearless personal injury lawyer. Daniel brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience having achieved outstanding results for many of his clients, including a settlement in excess of $1,000,000. He has also managed to have many of his clients’ weekly payments and medical expenses reinstated or approved after a termination or rejection by insurance companies.

Daniel is a strong believer in accompanying his clients on their journey throughout the litigation process, so that they never feel alone or helpless. He also believes that access to justice should be available to all individuals regardless of their financial situation.

Daniel has a double Bachelors degree in Law and International Relations (LLB/BIR) and he also holds a Master of Laws (LLM). He was a former aspiring tennis player who competed at an elite level prior to being admitted to practice in the Victorian Supreme Court. In his spare time Daniel enjoys attending the Opera and the Symphony Orchestra as well as water sports. He is fluent in both French and Japanese.

Michael Strintzos

Managing Director


Michael Strintzos is the Managing Director of S & V Lawyers and responsible for the day to day running, financial operations, business development and strategy of the practice.

Prior to opening S & V Lawyers, Michael was the co-founder and Director of one of Australia’s largest private multidisciplinary pain management providers with a reputation for clinical excellence.

Previously as a clinician for over 15 years, Michael has treated thousands of Workcover and TAC clients and has an in depth appreciation of the difficulties injured clients can have navigating the schemes during their recovery.

Michael is committed to making S & V Lawyers the most respected, professional and expert personal injury practice achieving the best outcomes for our clients and providing an unparalleled working environment for our employees.
